グリーンホテル パンカジのインテンシヴコース
リシケシュのグリーンホテルで、最近は年に二回ほど（11月末～12月頃）、1コース約2週間程、インテンシヴコースをやっている。ドイツに在住、世界各地でワークショップ開催。
まるで解剖のクラスのような、細かいインストラクションで、体の部位の使い方の小さい違いが、アーサナの仕上がりにもたらす影響を、教えてくれるという点は類まれな先生。ヨガを教えることに喜びを持っているのがクラスにも伝わる。生徒同士がペアやグループを組んでアジャストしながら覚えるパターンが特徴的。アーサナのセラピー効果も教えてくれる。個人的には、初めてインドに行ったときに衝撃をうけたクラス。アーサナを作る際の筋肉のメカニズムとタイマッサージの施術パターンと二重焼きに理解できたのはパンカジクラスのお陰。
