ＢＫＳアイアンガーのお気に入りの生徒（らしい）。正式なアイアンガーティーチャー。かつてはリシケシュのシヴァナンダでヨガを教えていた。この人なくして、今のリシケシュはなかったかもしれないという点でリスペクト。多数の優秀なヨガーティーチャーを育てた人物。コースは通常、2月、4月、9月に行われるが、他の期間にもクラスがあることがあるので、ご確認を。朝と夕方。情熱的なクラスのため、時には3時間に及ぶこともある。心して望むべし、、、。コース参加前にはルドラとの面接があります。クラス代は寄付のみ。ビギナーよりもインターメディエイトの生徒に向いているかもしれない、本人も「勉強してからここに来い」と言っていた、、、。そして、朝のアーサナクラスの前には、リシケシュでは貴重な内容のプラーナヤマのクラスもあり、大充実。鬼才！

Some people say he is a favorite student of BKS Iyenger, and certified iyenger teacher. he used to teach yoga in Shivananda ashram in Rishikesh, many good teachers learned from him. If without him, the yoga in Rishikesh might be differeft. Usually, he has intensive course in Feb., April, and Sep.,but sometimes he has extra class, so pls confirm. He teaches so passionately, that class is longer than 3hrs sometimes,,you have interview with Rudraj before applying the course. And the pranayama class before the asana class in the morning is valueable. Only donation. respect.
